We are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our busy Accounts Department on a full time basis, though part time will be considered for the right candidate. The Sales Ledger Clerk will support the Accounts Team with the day-to-day running of the Department. The role will cover all aspects of Sales Leger and requires someone who thrives on being busy, and who is willing to be flexible and adaptable in their approach in order to provide a good service for colleagues, customers and suppliers. This role will offer in-house training and possibly external training.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an excellent communicator to focus on introducing our beautifully designed stationery range and literature to new clients, and to give ongoing support to existing clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that our new and existing clients are trained on how to use our services and ensure they are kept up to date with any changes in our products.
We are seeking artworkers to join our large, busy and dynamic team. Attention to detail is essential and you must be able to work to tight deadlines and liaise directly with clients. The successful candidate will sit within the design team, working with a cross-discipline team and produce graphics that are consistent with existing styles, standards and specifications. Knowledge of Creative Suite would be an advantage but full training will be given. The role would suit a recent graduate.
We are seeking an organised person with a professional telephone manner and exceptional attention to detail to supply full administration and customer service to a very busy graphic design department. You must be PC literate, able to do data entry and work to tight deadlines. An ability to work as part of a team, prioritise workloads and to liaise directly with clients is necessary.
