We are seeking an organised person with a professional telephone manner and exceptional attention to detail to supply full administration and customer service to a very busy graphic design department. You must be PC literate, able to do data entry and work to tight deadlines. An ability to work as part of a team, prioritise workloads and to liaise directly with clients is necessary.
We have both permanent and short-term contracts available with the following hours available:
10.30am-6pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
1pm-4.30pm Monday to Friday (17.5 hours per week)

Your main responsibility will be to look after our wide client base on a daily basis by answering telephone calls and dealing with email orders. Other main areas of the role include data entry and general administration tasks. Part of the role may include quoting of bespoke orders for our clients. You will be expected to liaise and work closely with the other teams within your department and throughout the company.
