Account Manager

Working in a fast-paced environment the Account Manager will primarily be responsible for handling the accounts of clients using our web to print services and for the project management in connection with this. The main responsibility being to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of clients to maximise their potential
  • Conduct quarterly review meetings and pro-actively communicate to clients regarding new products and service
  • Understand the client’s business, customers, markets and competitors plus, an understanding of the clients’ internal issues, processes and policies.
  • Regularly review clients’ products and sites and look for opportunities to maximise and increase revenue of existing accounts.
  • Ensure client SLAs are met
  • Produce monthly sales and KPI reports
  • Report internally on KPIS and commercial results
  • Pro-actively identify areas for commercial growth and potential risks
  • Have a financial understanding of all jobs.
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers
  • Provide an unrivalled customer experience
  • Creation of quotes, booking in jobs, and seeing projects through to completion including invoicing and follow-up
  • Administration tasks related to the role including keeping CRM up to date
  • Influence sales through investigating client’s needs and unstated needs
  • Work under pressure to strict deadlines, whilst still maintaining a high level of attention to detail
