Administration Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor to join our administration department to manage our existing administration team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the team, ensuring client service levels are maintained, whilst supporting and developing team members and processes. To be successful for this position its essential that you can demonstrate experience in a customer services role with the ability to work calmly under pressure. You must also have a strong background in an Administration role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration duties
  • Managing workflow for the admin team
  • Liaising with internal departments; in particular dispatch and print production
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Liaising with outsource printers
  • Dealing with any problems or issues that arise from deliveries to errors on service sheets/reprints,
  • Handling minor issues with clients and complaints
  • Day to day management of the team which includes regular 1-1 meetings with each team member
  • Organising overtime and being available in the studio when overtime is needed
  • Reporting/escalating issues to the manager as required
  • Dealing with minor disciplinary matters
  • To working with the Manager and Managing Director on KPI’s
  • Ensure that the end to end processes for the team are met with SLAs

You Will

  • Be dynamic, nice and ambitious
  • Have good IT skills including Microsoft programmes such as Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Have previous supervisory experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Operate well in an environment of rapid change and works well under pressure
  • Be able to multi task and reprioritize at short notice
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Come up with solutions rather than problems
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Have demonstrable experience in customer services and working well and calmly under pressure.
