Client Relationship Manager

We are 1-year into our 5-year plan to exceed a £23m turnover across the business. You will be working in the Education department where we expect to exceed £5m turnover by the end of 2025. The right candidate will work closely with the Partnership Managers and Head of Education to manage and develop client accounts. You will take overall responsibility of delivering high-quality service to our clients and liaising with internal creative design, production and fulfilment departments to ensure client projects are being fulfilled to the highest quality. Our clients are within the education sector and the services we provide to them are creative marketing services, ranging from providing brand-new school websites, rebrand services, creative fit-out services, right the way through to storage, print and fulfilment solutions. Alongside this, the education department are preparing to launch a brand-new, very exciting creative platform designed to be used by teachers, children and parents. You will take ownership of ensuring all customers feel supported and their experience with us is positive, fun and simple. 


  • Build, maintain and strengthen our existing and new client relationships
  • Full account management, including liaising with wider teams such as design and production to ensure the deliverables are being met
  • Create plans to address clients current and future needs
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Raising quotes, budget tracking, order tracking, purchase order tracking
  • Understand our full service offering and the benefits they provide to our clients, including technical aspects of the services
  • To negotiate with clients and upsell services where you see we can add value to clients, you will be working towards achieving a team revenue target
  • Think innovatively and source new products where required
  • Building and maintaining a database of contacts
  • Updating CRM system HubSpot with client information
  • Weekly pipeline reporting
  • Ability to lead, motivate and support people as you will need to delegate tasks to a wider account management team as we grow
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks, taking accountability and using your initiative

  • Have previous customer service experience with a natural approach (3 years minimum)
  • Be experienced in dealing with senior buyers, stakeholders

  • Be versatile, this is rapidly growing department and there will be a period of adjustment as we plan to scale further
  • Have strong interpersonal skills; able to operate at all levels with colleagues, customers, and industry groups
  • Have strong database, MS Excel spreadsheet managing skills with ability to think analytically, spot errors and administer with a logical approach
  • Have strong MS PowerPoint skills, at times you will be creating sales proposals to respond to briefs with existing customers and supporting the Partnership Managers where required with pulling together proposals
  • Have fantastic skills in presenting to groups of people, Microsoft programmes – Adobe CS skills and HubSpot experience would be a bonus!
