Customer Service Administrator

You will be providing general administrative, and customer service assistance for our Online Services team. This will involve a huge variety of tasks and, due to the quick turnaround of the ordering process you must be able to work to tight deadlines. Your main responsibility will be processing orders placed on our websites, following them through from start to finish, and dealing with associated customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with all aspects of the Web to Print ordering process, from checking and processing orders to solving delivery queries
  • Daily checking and closing of completed orders
  • General administrative tasks for the Web to Print Team, including filing, photocopying, answering the telephone
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Liaising with the company’s courier company
  • Liaising with suppliers, including obtaining quotations, placing orders and checking artwork proofs
  • Assisting the Web to Print Team with monthly reporting and invoicing where necessary
  • Ordering outsourced items and liaising with the company’s driver regarding collections
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required from the Web to Print Team

Requirements

Knowledge and experience

  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Good telephone manner

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel knowledge would be an advantage)

  • Full time 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes’ lunch
