Your main responsibility is to carry out administration of HR processes with any administration support needed to ensure the smooth running of the department. The successful candidate must have previous HR administration experience. This is a fast paced environment so you will need the ability to think on your feet.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with the day to day administration tasks e.g. recruitment, assisting with the preparation of the monthly payroll, starters and leavers, contractual changes, entering sickness, overtime, and holiday onto our holiday booking system, maintaining employee records both electronic and paper and filing. You will be required to get involved in a range of tasks relating to ordering, facilities and any other administration duties that are required of you to support the teams. You will also be required to carry out general office administration tasks, such as photocopying and scanning. Arranging training and meetings will also be required.
