Partnership Manager

We are 1-year into our 5-year plan to exceed a £23m turnover across the business. You will be working in the Education department where we expect to exceed £5m turnover by the end of 2025. The right candidate will work closely with the Head of Education and a second Partnership Manager to strategically develop partnerships with National Education provisions, starting with Local Authority Nursery/Schools/Academies/Trusts as well as Independent Schools/Nurseries to provide full-service solutions for their challenges in communication, engagement and creative services as well as promote our new and exciting product journey. The candidate will have well-rounded sales experience and a natural approach designed to connect, inspire and excite.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of an education sales and partnership strategy including working towards targets, national travel required
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients, customers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with our strategic vision to identify valuable emerging opportunities that will support us in achieving targets
  • Weekly progress reporting
  • To understand our full service offering and the benefits they provide to your target buyers, including technical aspects of the services
  • Full Account Management, including liaising with wider teams such as design and production to ensure the deliverables are being met
  • To represent Just Digital Education at major industry events, conferences, trade shows with the ability to network
  • Building and maintaining a database of contacts

You Will

    • Have a people first approach in all areas of the role, internal and client facing
    • Be dynamic, nice and ambitious
    • Have previous sales experience with a natural approach (5 years minimum)
    • Be experienced in dealing with senior buyers, stakeholders
    • Be commercially minded

    • Be versatile, this is a rapidly growing department and there will be a period of adjustment as we plan to scale rapidly
    • Strong interpersonal skills; able to operate at all levels with colleagues, customers, and industry groups
    • Have fantastic skills in presenting to groups of people, Microsoft programmes such as PowerPoint, Excel  – Adobe CS skills would be a bonus!
