You will be providing general administrative, and customer service assistance for our Online Services team. This will involve a huge variety of tasks and, due to the quick turnaround of the ordering process you must be able to work to tight deadlines. Your main responsibility will be processing orders placed on our websites, following them through from start to finish, and dealing with associated customer queries.
You will be working for a growing company, where your main responsibility is to use large format digital print machinery to produce graphics on a variety of substrates.
You will be responsible for print finishing and assisting with stand builds when required.
We are seeking artworkers to join our large, busy and dynamic team. Attention to detail is essential and you must be able to work to tight deadlines and liaise directly with clients.
The successful candidate will sit within the design team, working with a cross-discipline team and produce graphics that are consistent with existing styles, standards and specifications. Knowledge of Creative Suite would be an advantage but full training will be given. The role would suit a recent graduate.
