Warehouse & Dispatch Operative

As a Warehouse & Dispatch Operative, you will provide operational assistance to the Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager to ensure the warehouse is effectively managed in line with company procedures.

Working with colleagues you will take full responsibility for all aspects relating to order fulfilment operating an effective picking, packing and dispatch process. Maintaining the safe and accurate handling of stock.

Hours of work will initially be 9am to 4.30pm but may change to slightly different hours after 12 weeks. We also have 8am to 3.30pm available for a maternity cover for 12 months.


We’re a rapidly expanding company, looking to add further to an already exceptional Graphic Services team. Following our comprehensive training process, you will take briefs from order to completed printed products working to tight deadlines. You will need to rely on your attention to detail, excellent communication skills (by phone and email) and your artistic flair to fulfil client requirements. You will make excellent use of your Adobe Creative Suite skills with each task. We’re talking InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, plus our bespoke information management systems.

Graphic Designer/Creative Artworker

Are you a Graphic Designer with experience in a fast-paced environment?

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team who can think creatively to produce design solutions, new ideas and concepts from client briefs.

Working to tight deadlines, you will be producing high quality, accurate designs across a range of marketing materials, including printed literature, digital assets and exhibition stands using Adobe Creative Suite. Following corporate guidelines as well as working on independent projects, you will need to be able to come up with contemporary designs from scratch and present these designs to sales/account managers.

Administration Assistant

We are seeking an organised person with a professional telephone manner and exceptional attention to detail to supply full administration and customer service to a very busy graphic design department. You must be PC literate, able to do data entry and work to tight deadlines. An ability to work as part of a team, prioritise workloads and to liaise directly with clients is necessary.

We have both permanent and short-term contracts available with the following hours available:

10.30am-6pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
1pm-4.30pm Monday to Friday (17.5 hours per week)

Administration Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor on a full-time, fixed term contract to cover a Maternity Leave, and manage our existing administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the team, ensuring client service levels are maintained, whilst supporting and developing team members and processes. To be successful for this position you must have a strong background in an Administration role, and should be able to demonstrate experience in a customer service role with the ability to work calmly under pressure.


We are seeking a proofreader, with an excellent eye for detail and exceptional spelling and grammar skills, to join our fast-paced graphic design department. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team of proofreaders and must be able to work to tight deadlines and have confidence to work both individually and as part of a team. This is an entry level position, so prior proofreading experience is not necessary as full training will be given; however, an excellent command of the English language is essential.
